Shipping Information

All orders ship from Greenwich, Connecticut (06807) via USPS. All orders include tracking.

Made-to-Order Processing

All pieces are made to order. Kindly allow 1–10 days for your order to be made and shipped. Processing times vary with seasonal order volume and may be longer during especially busy periods.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Update Emails

You will receive email updates throughout the order process:

  • Order Confirmation: An email confirming your order will be sent immediately after your purchase.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Delivery Confirmation: A final email will be sent once your package has been marked as delivered.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout so you receive all order updates.

Domestic Shipping Options

Three USPS services are available at checkout. Once your package has been scanned into USPS’s possession, typical delivery times are:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–3 calendar days, depending on the destination and USPS acceptance time.

These delivery windows are separate from our 1–10 day processing time. Selecting faster shipping does not shorten the time needed to make your piece. Delivery timing varies by destination. Ground Advantage and Priority Mail delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your package is returned to the studio as undeliverable, we can arrange to resend it once it arrives back. An additional shipping fee will apply.

Delivered Packages

Once USPS confirms delivery, you are responsible for collecting and securing your package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or left uncollected after being marked as delivered.

If you would like to request signature confirmation, please email us when placing your order so we can arrange it before shipment. Additional fees may apply.
